eggs laid by a hen in a year is 259. Not 260.
Just in time for Easter – turns out eggs ARE bad for you.
Not only are they high in cholesterol and raise the risk
for heart disease, but studies have shown a correlation between egg consumption
and raising the risk for type II diabetes.
So despite all other benefits of eggs, you may just want to
avoid them.*
