Bennett's Health Bites: I am a registered dietitian previously specializing in oncology nutrition. I worked with oncology patients for over 15 years, in part because this population (who largely has difficulty with eating) appreciates the capability of the food and nutrients they put into their challenged bodies. This blog is a self-fulfilling prophecy to regain my passion for nutrition and health. Ask questions, give feedback, celebrate health with me and we'll make it a party! I also happen to love running, hiking, and exercise in general so I talk about that quite frequently whether you like it or not. Exercise along with a balanced diet plays a huge role in how well the body functions so it works with the theme of this thing. I also have twin boys so I write a lot about the insanity of raising twins and a third. It doesn't fit with the theme, but it's my blog. Most of what I say is true in my opinion. And if you take anything I say too seriously, you have no business reading my blog. It is a party after all, remember?
